Breach of These Terms

The User undertakes to fully compensate, protect, and protect BC Game, its Affiliates, third-party service providers, licensors, as well as their management, employees, and representatives from any claims, demands, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and other costs) that may arise as a result:

violation by the User of the terms of this Agreement;
non-compliance by the User with the laws of Nigeria or the rights of third parties;

In case of violation by the User of the terms of the Agreement (or if BC Game reasonably suspects such violation), the Company has the right:

to cancel winnings at their discretion;

to block the balance of funds on the account as compensation for damages or debt until the investigation/court proceedings are completed.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between users related to the use of the services, BC Game will make reasonable efforts to assist in its resolution. All negotiations are conducted confidentially. Users should try to resolve the dispute through negotiations in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 7 days of contacting customer support, it can be referred to a senior manager. If the dispute remains unresolved, the Company may submit it to arbitration.

The BC Game has the right to apply to the court to prevent the disclosure of confidential information. All other disputes related to the services are finally resolved by the Regulatory Authority of Nigeria, and its decision is binding.

All proceedings are conducted confidentially, except in cases stipulated by law. The User agrees to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts to resolve disputes. In the case of a public hearing, confidentiality is lifted. The User has the right to request an investigation from the Regulatory Authority of Nigeria, whose decision will be final.
